Q: Berhasil connect tapi tidak dapat melakukan browsing, atau lambat sekali dalam melakukan browsing?

Can connect to the network but can not browse; or even if can browse, very slow ?
 
A: Lihat di network pada control panel. Periksalah TCP/IP-nya , bila terdapat lebih dari satu, buanglah kelebihannya.

In "Control Panel" - "Network" - "Configuration", check if there are more than one TCP/IP components. If yes, remove the rest.
 
 
Q: Setelah ganti password tidak dapat masuk ke mailbox atau get e-mail?

After changing my password, not able to access the mailbox and get new messages ?
 
A: Penggantian password harus minimal 6 karakter dan tidak menggunakan spesial character. Bila Anda sudah terlanjur salah mengganti, silahkan menghubungi EZNet customer support.

Your password has to be at least 6 characters in length, and must not contain any special characters. If you have changed your password to a new one that is less than 6 characters, you should call our Customer Service at (021)7028-0882 for help.
 
 
Q: Kadang-kadang muncul pesan setting network tidak kompatibel?

A: Lihat di network control panel pada properties TCP/IP, pada item WINS Configuration, pilih Disable WINS Resolution, pada item DNS Configuration, pilih Enable DNS, dan isikan username pada Host, isikan ez.net.id pada Domain, isikan 202.80.112.8 dan 202.80.112.68 pada DNS Server Search order, isikan ez.net.id pada Domain Sufix Search Order. Pada item Gateway dikosongkan .

In "Control Panel" - "Network" - "TCP/IP Dial-Up Adapter" - "Properties" - "WINS Configuration" folder, choose the Disable WINS Resolution; in the "DNS configuration" folder, select Enable DNS; type in username in "Host", ez.net.id in "Domain", 202.80.112.8 and 202.80.112.68 in "DNS Server Search Order", and ez.net.id in "Domain Suffix Search Order"; in the "Gateway" folder type innull value.
 
 
Q: Sering terputus saat 'connect' ke EZNet?

A: Lihat properties Modem di Control Panel dan properties pada EZNet di Dial-up Networking, pada setting modem turunkan maksimum speed ke satu tingkat lebih rendah.

In "Control Panel" - "Modem" - "Properties", lower the "Maximum speed" to one level below.
 
 
Q: Mengapa menerima e-mail berulang-ulang?

A: Lihat Mail and News Preferences, pada folder Server, pilih Removed from the server pada bagian Messages are copied from the server to the local disk , then : dan biarkan Netscape Mail atau aplikasi mail mendownload semua e-mail ke dalam hardisk.
