Helpdesk Specialist

Responsibilities:
- * Receive calls from customers and prospects
- * Proactively and creatively identify and solve network, wireless radio and clients problems and provide solutions
- * Help customer to troubleshoot if there is a problem
- * Develop a Customer Maintenance Database system
- * Write a daily shift helpdesk work report

Requirements:
- * Male/Female, between 22 - 30 years old, D-3/S-1 IT graduates
- * Preferably 2 years working IT / computer related experience
- * Fresh graduate from IT / Electronics / Computer from a reputable university is welcomed
- * Should have basic knowledge in Linux O/S, Network TCP/IP and Office applications
- * Knowledge of Wireless radio and PHP programming is a plus
- * Friendly and must be comfortable in handling customer complain over the phone
- * Ability to work independently or in a team
- * Excellent in LAN & Wireless radio troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- * Excellent in reporting and communication skills
- * Willing to work shift day and night
- * Preferably own a motorcycle
