Helpdesk Specialist

  • * Receive calls from customers and prospects
  • * Proactively and creatively identify and solve network, wireless radio and clients problems and provide solutions
  • * Help customer to troubleshoot if there is a problem
  • * Develop a Customer Maintenance Database system
  • * Write a daily shift helpdesk work report

  • * Male/Female, between 22 - 30 years old, D-3/S-1 IT graduates
  • * Preferably 2 years working IT / computer related experience
  • * Fresh graduate from IT / Electronics / Computer from a reputable university is welcomed
  • * Should have basic knowledge in Linux O/S, Network TCP/IP and Office applications
  • * Knowledge of Wireless radio and PHP programming is a plus
  • * Friendly and must be comfortable in handling customer complain over the phone
  • * Ability to work independently or in a team
  • * Excellent in LAN & Wireless radio troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • * Excellent in reporting and communication skills
  • * Willing to work shift day and night
  • * Preferably own a motorcycle
